I am quite harsh on ramenbut the spicy Pai Tan ramen soup broth was so complex and rich , tasting of slow simmered stock instead of cheap bullion, with well rounded subtle flavors instead of an over reliance on MSG and salt.The noodles were the perfect consistency. The quantity was really well cultivatedThe flavor of the starters really stand out strong .. and they offer a wider variety of sake as well .
One of the best tasting Ramen, real 16 hours slow-cooked broth and pork cha-shu that melt in your mouth. Non-pretentious restaurant with great selection of Ramen, Appetizers and Sake. Recommended!
