Very good ramen in Brooklyn, we had the popcorn shrimp as well as the tonkostsu ramen and the chicken ramen. Most ramens are around 20-22 dollars and here more around 16 dollars. They were both really good. The tonkostsu shatsu and broth were great.Fast service and very pleasant and smiling waitresses.
This is one of my favorite ramen spots in NY. The duck bone shoyu is to die for. Very fatty and umami, the noodles are great, I just love it so much. The tonkotsu is not bad but feels about average for what you'd get in NY. The duck bone shoyu on the other hand is stellar and something I don't see very often. Also recommend the popcorn shrimp!Vegetarian options: They are one of the few places that have actual vegan options for ramen.

Walked in around 7pm on a Sunday and got seated right away. Ordered karaage chicken and tonkotsu ramen (added roasted corn–real corn!). Tonkotsu broth was a bit subtle for my liking, the pork was tender but a little fatty, and the soft-boiled egg could’ve been more seasoned. You can ask for chili powder and/or oil to add a kick to the broth. Overall decent bowl of ramen and friendly service–would return to get my ramen fix.
