Quan Bao is a 17-year-old owner-operated restaurant with large portions of fresh, well-seasoned food. Menu items include spare ribs and fries, chicken wings and fries, rice chicken and broccoli, lo mein, egg rolls, shrimp and broccoli, fried wings, and cheese wontons. Everything has vibrant color, no freezer burn taste, no old oil taste, and is not greasy. The woman speaks great English and is very friendly and funny. Service is kind, and customer service is everything. Parking is easy. No eat-in; orders are to go. Delivery is a little shaky and only takes cash.
