Flava II Restaurant & Lounge offers a superb atmosphere with nice music and a moderate noise level, making it great for conversation. The service is usually immaculate, with attentive waitresses. The happy hour menu provides multiple choices, and the food is amazingly tasty. Teesh the manager was excellent, hooking them up. The food came out hot and fresh. The bartenders and services are amazing. Music, atmosphere, and environment are wonderfully. While parking can be a challenge, there are a few spots available in front of the establishment and on side streets, but you have to look.
