Great brunch, everything on the menu is clearly prepared with love for food. The staff was friendly, very attentive, and the outdoor seating is great when the weather is warm.I loved the huevos rancheros with hand cut pork chili.

Their prices might be on par with the neighborhood which is quiet and near the water. I like Van Brunt and the pier to the west but I can't afford to eat places like that oftenKid-friendliness: It's very quiet. There may be alcohol served but I didn't notice. I think mostly locals go there. Didn't notice a television or music either
