Made reservations for my wife's birthday. She couldnt eat anything raw. Figure the duck for 2 is a good idea to cover that. We were seated right away in the private dining area. Great if you hate the noisy main dining room. They impressed us on the squash bombolone and sourdough bread with lard. We only called for the suckling pig pasta since we getting a big entree to share. The biggest disappointment would be the suckling pig. I just feel like the pork wasn't highlighted...
I’ve been meaning to come to this restaurant since it opened and last night we finally had the chance to dine. This is a strong flavored restaurant! Every bite packs a punch and it isn’t always one you will expect. I had a really beautiful evening jolly pretending to be a food critic and work out what the flavors were. It was a great evening.
