I have came to this specific establishment 4 times. I went in today around 2:30 pm for my usual which is the j*** chicken platter and my fiancé an oxtail platter, however the lady that took my order was very nasty she wasn't welcoming nor did she have a positive attitude for someone working in fast food. Very rude and disgusting. The cashier shouts at you, like you are children. She needs customer service classes. Word of advice when you greet customers you have a smile on your face you ask them how can you help them. You do not shout at them like their kids in a schoolyard, stare at with a stinkface or give them attitude when they are the one spending their money. This golden krust is ok only for beef patties and even those are now tasting not fresh at all and the person at the register was rude and didn't seem to care either.The food use to be very good but the order I purchased was to salty and the peas and rice was very dry and the pieces of chicken they gave me was mostly nothing but bones with a very little bit of gravy!!??I paid good money for a poor dinner.
