A Solid, Comfortable Spot for a Casual Meal - Brooklynite BurgersBrooklynite Burgers, nestled in the vibrant neighborhood of Williamsburg, offered an overall satisfactory dining experience during my recent visit. While it didn't necessarily exceed my expectations, it certainly has its charms and offers some undeniably enjoyable elements.Starting off with their namesake, the burger was adequate, if not spectacular. It came well-prepared and possessed a decent flavor profile. However, I couldn't help but feel that there was room for a bit more finesse and creativity. Don't get me wrong - it was a fair burger, but it didn't quite hit those gourmet notes that some of the more ambitious joints around town strive for. Now, the sweet potato fries on the other hand, these were the standout of the meal. They were cooked to perfection, maintaining a delicate balance between a crispy exterior and a soft, warm interior. There was a delightful hint of sweetness that complemented the savory component of the meal. In my opinion, these fries deserve their moment in the spotlight. The ambiance at Brooklynite Burgers is undeniably chill. It has a laid-back vibe, providing a cozy and comfortable setting for a casual meal. It's the sort of place that invites you to unwind, chat with friends, and soak in the atmosphere.Service-wise, it was fairly middle-of-the-road. The staff were not overly enthusiastic, but they were prompt and professional. My needs were met in a timely manner, and my overall experience was reasonably smooth. In conclusion, Brooklynite Burgers is a worthy contender for a no-fuss dining experience in Williamsburg. The burger might not blow your mind, but the sweet potato fries and the relaxed ambiance certainly make it worth a visit. You may not walk out dazzled, but you'll leave satisfied and that, in itself, is a victory for any eatery.
To start off the wait service was good and prompt. They great you as you enter and quickly seat you. However it looks like they only clean off the tables when a customer wants to sit there. After being seated we didn't see the waiter for about 20 minutes. Which I found ridiculous. Mind you there were probably only 2 other tables that were already steated and eating while there are 2 waiters. We ordered an appetizer, we got bbq chicken wings which were pretty good. It was just unfortunate to think that it had to ask the waiter for some small plates so 2 adults don't have to fight over the same small basket. The burgers were good, the only part I wasn't a fan of were the onion rings. The tempura batter was waaay too thick. It soaked up the greese flavor and it was under seasoned. The onion rings were a disappointment to say the least.Everything is obviously fresh as it take about 15 mins for anything to come out of the kitchen.Overall it wasn't a terrible experience, I'd say the wait staff just needs to be a bit more attentive when after seating the customers.
I dunno about this place. Why is it fair that they have such delicious and uniquely crafted burgers (with veg and vegan options) with your choice of bun AND a gooey melty perfectly made mac n cheese? There is some witchcraft going on in this place but I’m all for it.
I loved the ambiance at the restaurant, it was small, intimate and well decorated. The menu was well curated and the crowd was vibrant. The staff was very attentive and our server was great, he checked on us multiple times and was very friendly. When I first walked in I was seated immediately and served drinks and an appetizer.I really enjoyed the appetizers ( mozzarella sticks and mac balls) but wasn't fond of the burger and french fries. The burger was dry and the fries were too hard. While I enjoyed the company and service I didn't enjoy the main course.
Great service, Amazing customisable burger, and the best fries I’ve had. Overall one of the best burger joints I’ve tried
Loved the apps and burgers. OH... AND THE SAUCES!!! Delicioso!!!! The fries were super salty, but I should have mentioned not to add salt on mine. The outdoor seating was good, too.
I m not sure if they just have not changed the name on here but Juanchi's is definitelynot the name for this business as it's name is Brooklynite. The waiter was very serious, not friendly at all...very dry; he kept looking at me and my daughter like if we were lost , or like he had never seen Hispanic people before, which is weird because he looks a bit Hispanic, and I could definitely hear Spanish coming out of the kitchen. I ordered a Honeyshroom burger, and it did taste good but it was also very dry, fries were thin and small, however my daughter ordered The Colombian Connection and she was really happy with her choice. The place decor is pretty and very cozy ... it just needed a friendlier waiter.
Stopped in for a midday lunch, the vibe was very causal and homey. I asked why the name has changed (formally Juanchi’s now it the Brooklynite Burgers) The server answered that it was owned by new management and that the “concept” had changed. No matter, I’m a Burgerhead ! So I immediately got excited when I saw the menu, it had everything ! While it was difficult I denied my urge to order everything on the menu and went with what pervious selections reviews spoke fondly of.I got the chicken tenders with fries, a strawberry Arnold Palmer, and the Chef Mess burger which consist of a burger with sautéed onions mushroom provolone cheese and sunny side up egg on a preztel bun oh and the truffle parmesan fries, fully ready to indulge! However, it become apparent to me after each bite that this was one of the more subpar meals I have ever eaten at a specialty burger joint. The tenders were over cooked, while the fries were just bland. The burger faired better while the cook was not medium (like I ordered) it tasted ok. It was definitely a “mess”. The truffle fries werent much to write home about . It tasted like the oil it was based in was there but the Parmesan was not so it was very lackluster . The whole meal felt like something was missing .In the beginning of the meal I initially decided to do a take home order but after the first dine in meal was completed. I reconsidered and I was happy that the server completely forgot I mentioned it .Overall the food is fine maybe I just ordered wrong ? . Server was great, positive and attentive ! Which is the reason for the stars.
This restaurant claims to have the best burgers in Brooklyn. I got an outdoor seat with an Americano burger and a cider. The staff were attentive and I got my food fairly quickly. The burger was good, though I can't say it was the best I have ever eaten. It's in a neat part of the city -- a good place to eat dinner and go somewhere else.
All good, aside from the really crucial aspect: the burger patty. A little flavourless, which was a shame as the fries, buns, sauces, drinks, etc. were all great. Excellent 90s/00s hip hop on play too.

I had dinner at this place last Thursday, December 30, the attention was incredible and the waiter was very kind with his suggestions and his service, unfortunately the hamburgers or well the waiter's suggestion did not have much flavor and that is why I give them this score.Dine in: Yes
The burgers were fantastic as were the truffle fries. The biggest surprise were the chicken tenders. So tender and juicy!
Fantastic burgers. I had the heart attack burger. I’ve never had fried Mac and cheese buns before. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere is great!
Soft delicious burger! Nice staff! Will be back!
Customer service at Juanchi’s burger is A+, the entrees options have some Venezuelan dishes that are really good. The burgers are really good and beers too.
