Terrible shrimp fried rice. I’m so upset. The shrimp was undercooked by far and the rice lacked flavor. I guess this is what I get for ordering right before closing. They literally just threw it together in 5 minutes. I’m so disappointed

I ordered the pork katsu when I came here on a quiet Sunday night. I was one of the only patrons and so had plenty of time to sit and eat. The pork was plentiful and went well with the sauce. The waitress was eager to refill my cup of water. Overall it was a good place for a meal.

Their food is delicious but their customer service sucks. I’ve ordered from them 3 times now and each time, I’ve had issues with my order. Today (12/15/2023) I placed an order it took over an hour for delivery so I called the store only for them to tell me they haven’t even made my food yet. I prefer JPAN. Don’t even waste your time!

Kitty, our server was marvelous! She was so helpful and patient. She even found a way to deliver a birthday desert with a candle! It was SO nice! The food is delicious and the service is superb.

The food was very good and for only $11 for lunch?! A great deal. The chicken was well seasoned and soft to eat. It came in a little box with dividers. It helped maintain the freshness and quality if the food. If I'm in the area I would come again for lunch. Just a heads up tho. It's only delivery and pickup. I think they have listed somewhere. I also bought a Thai ice tea drink which was really good and only $4. Great find!!

I lovED this restaurant until they did some bozo things. I placed 3 orders for delivery. California rolls and tempura chicken rolls and Brooklyn rolls. Nowhere on the menu dose it say that it comes in the same container I mean WHY WOULD IT COME IN THE SAME CONTAINER?! (The chicken rolls and California roll were put together) My coworker doesn't eat meat only fish so now her food is contaminated, also she took it home so now I'm stuck with no food! I call the restaurant, I got no help, no refund, no apology just an excuse saying I should have asked to separate the 2 different food items. Y'all just lost a good customer over $7.50. Great job!

I think there was a moment where they must’ve hired someone different in the kitchen, because things were come back not to my liking. I tried finding another takeout place that was equally as good (without the mishaps) and have not had any luck. My husband inadvertently ordered from here a few weeks ago and it was the best sushi I’ve had in a long time. The food was great and whomever they had working in the kitchen that kept messing up the orders, I am assuming isn’t there anymore because it’s back to being the best takeout sushi I’ve had.

Kami Sushi = Five star lunch deals! I was truly impressed by the quality and quantity of their sushi lunch special recently. I ordered delivery (see photo):Three roll lunch special - included soup and salad. The sushi rolls were so fresh and delicious. I especially enjoyed the fresh Yellowtail Scallion Roll, so good. I like that they included soup and salad - didn't have to choose between them. Definitely recommend Kami's lunch specials. Thank you to the other Yelp reviewers for highlighting the lunch specials in their five star reviews. Agree !
