“The best shawarma I’ve ever had — and I’ve tried a huge number of places. What makes this place special is that they make their own sauces for the shawarma, unlike many other spots that just use plain mayonnaise and ketchup. The real taste of authentic shawarma is in the sauce, and these guys do it at a very high level! Thank you very much!“

“I went to Brooklyn Kababa, a Yemeni restaurant, and I absolutely love their food. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. You can really taste the authenticity in every bite. “I had a very good experience at Shashlik Uz N1 and am giving it 4 stars. The food was definitely the highlight, earning a full 5-star rating for its quality. “Ayat is a GEM. Food is top notch and portions are super generous. Their hummus and Muhammarah is divine. My guilty pleasure is the Pizzawarma which is definitely a shareable item. They are BYOB so go to Sahaadis wine shop inside IC and grab a Palestinian wine for a perfect pairing.“

“O.M.G. The food was AMAZING!! This was my first time ordering from this place, I ordered the Chicken shawarma wrap from here with my cousin and it was absolutely delicious! They give a very good portion for one shawarma wrap, unlike other places I've been to where they've overcharged for much smaller portions. The pickles on the wrap added a nice crunch and the chicken was juicy, flavorful, and not bland or dry at all. It was absolutely perfect, 10/10, would order again!! 🩷“

“I visited Bombay Kakab yesterday and It was my first time trying indian food and it was honestly super good and flavorful. Every bite just felt like I was tasting something new. My friends and I got the chicken tikka masala and chicken biryani and the chicken was so flavorful! We also order the naan and we weren’t disappointed it was so good and buttery!! I can’t wait to revisit so I can try the other items on the menu. ❤️❤️“

“Glad to see Uzbekistani cuisine on Ave I. The restaurant has a surprisingly large dining area with private rooms available, which is a nice touch.
The food was good overall. Their kebabs were solid, and I especially enjoyed the lula kebab. Prices are on the higher side 💰$$, but worth trying if you're in the mood for this style of cuisine.
