My favorite Brooklyn hotpot place. It’s all you can eat for 31 or 39 for skewers as well! With that price it’s amazing. The quality of the food and service from the waiters is also top notch!! Definitely recommend coming here and also calling early to get a seat reserved.

BEWARE OF DECEPTIVE, FRAUDULENT TIP PRACTICES!! three adult women ordered all you can eat hot pot. the waitress even brought us a bag when we took our coats off so we wouldn’t leave the restaurant with our coats smelling like hot pot which was thoughtful. Everything was good until we were given the bill. Then everything went awry. We were told only $91 could go on a credit card then the rest had to be in paid in cash. Had to go upstairs to do this. When given the cash, we expected the 20% tip to be given to the server from the cash that should have been returned. We asked for a receipt to reflect charge & cash but cashier said only one receipt was issued. As we were leaving, the waitress demanded a tip and would not let us leave. We told her that it was given to cashier in cash since we didn’t get change back. We went upstairs & cashier insisted that there was no change due & that we hadn’t tipped the waitress. Then 3 more wait staff walked up as if to intimidate us. We handed them more cash making the tip over 40%. That is why we noted that over $50/person was paid. Now reading the other reviews, this is a common shake down practice of this restaurant in Brooklyn! BE WARNED! Do not know if all restaurants in this chain have such deceptive & pressure tactics for tips. It was unwarranted & we we will never, never recommend to others nor go there again.

My husband, our friends, and myself all went for the first time. My husband and understood the staff talking about us in the background, despite being caucasian and it not being our native language. We ignored their commentary because we didn’t want to upset our friends. However, when it came time for the bill I no longer could keep quiet. My husband paid some on card and the rest including tip in cash. We were saying our goodbyes to our friends when the server rudely asked us where the tip was. Also please note that what she said under her breath was extremely inappropriate and uncalled for. She said that all white people don’t tip and that if you don’t confront them about it they think it’s okay. This was our last meal and the tip we gave was over 50% enough to pay for 2.5 other people to eat hot pot, which was why my husband told her that he would not be tipping more. She then said under her breath to the others that if they get more served over here that we would feel intimated and tip more! I am grateful that we are trilingual, and mainly keep that fact to ourselves due to scenarios like this. He informed her that we would not be tipping more as we tipped really generously and that he understood everything, and she was genuinely shocked. They finally let us leave, but not before leaving a bad taste in our mouths and never wanting to go back!Normally my husband doesn’t write reviews, but I had to on his behalf since this was over a week ago and it still angers me at the thought of them scamming others! I also read more posts and see that others have had this same issue!!

Do not give your tip in cash when paying the bill on card!!! I left. 25% gratuity in cash as I paid the majority on card. Then when we were leaving the server blatantly asked where the tip was and got quite upset at us. Then I told her that the tip was left with the cashier up stairs and she said it wasn’t and insisted I pay more. I only gave $4 more upstairs since I already tipped a good amount just so I could leave. At that point they were holding me and the party I paid for hostage at that point. The food was good, but service was bad and overall attitude was horrendous.

I've eaten here several times. The price is fair, the ingredients are fresh, and the service is attentive. Maybe it's because of the price. There's less seafood but a lot of meat. The place is relatively small. Four people sit at a table and it's quite crowded.

Great food and kind staff. Wish the soup was a bit more flavorful but the service and sauce bar are among my favorite

Food is good and price is competitive in the neighborhood, but sometimes you can't get the spot if you don't reserve and they don't take reservation for holidays :\

One of the best AYCE hot pot. The ingredients are all so fresh with a wide variety of veggies, meats, seafood, and other things. The mala broth was the perfect amount of spice. The service was great with many employees always walking around and checking on tables. Everything we ordered would come out very quickly as well. The space is very big with an upstairs and downstairs. This place is great for big groups as well!Don’t forget the free complementary dessert - pudding. this dessert is the perfect amount of sweetness and so good after eating hot pot.Vegetarian options: Large selection of vegetables and noodles to choose from!
