Almost gave 3 stars due to the lackluster service (counter staff never says thank you for coming or thank you when I leave tips, they just drop the food on the counter , say the name of the food and walk off. Nothing is less chic than their totally arbitrary rules about what they will heat up for you and what they won't. In one instance I was told they were allowed to heat up one type of croissant and not the one beside it, which was basically identical. I asked, out of curiosity, why, and they could not tell me. Got a pretty good fresh raspberry tart and mini baguette sandwich here. Both were pretty delicious. They had an amazing selection of pastries and breads, and I wish I had time and money to try them all, but honestly, the staff was very short and not welcoming or friendly with the customers.
