Lowerline is a restaurant that offers delicious gumbo, shrimp po boy, and clams. The close interaction with the clam shucker adds to the dining experience. Although the portions are small and the seating could be more accommodating, the authentic NOLA flavors make up for it. The exposed brick interior creates a cozy atmosphere, but parking can be challenging. The po boys are of good quality, but the addition of horse radish would enhance the taste. The sandwich is delicious, although slightly smaller in size.
