I came here before when it was called Imani’s, but coming here a second time was even better. The food was great, our server Dante was nice. I would definitely come back again.. the vibes were cozy and welcoming.

First time coming here people kept recommending it so I finally pulled up. I had a great time. The server was nice and they gave good food recommendations, which I enjoyed it all. It is a real intimate setting, so make sure you make reservations. But definitely worth the visit.

I was very disappointed by the way we were treated by the hostess. When we arrived and asked to be seated, she immediately told us we couldn’t be accommodated. I explained that we had a reservation, but she said we were one minute late and refused to seat us. What made it even more frustrating was that we spent several minutes talking with her, yet she showed no understanding or willingness to help. It was an unpleasant and disheartening experience, especially given that we had planned ahead and arrived with a reservation.

The food is bland and instead having all day Jamaican/afro food they trying to be upscale and I don’t like that the food is not even Jamaican or Afro is American wise which I’m not a racist they did take alittle off my bill but I like season and real food don’t waist your time going there for brunch

I’ve had the pleasure of dining here solo once before & got the Ras & Pasta ! When I tell you it was so good I can’t wait to order again & of course explore the rest of the menu with friends! I’m obsessed, tbh. It was the perfect amount of pasta AND seafood as well. When have you ordered a dish (pasta at that) with nice juicy jumbo shrimp, mussels, clams & caviar ????? And the sauceeeeee of the pasta??? You can bottle that ish!! Love love loved it!

Came up to NYC from Baltimore and my friend told me I had to try this place. Loved the vibe here, good music, server gave us Prosecco because my friend just passed her bar exam , which was such a genuine gesture. The Chef presented our branzino personally. This place closes early so we went for an extra round of cocktails at this cute little bar across from the restaurant which I recommend their cocktails were also good. I would def come next time I’m in NYC.

Just stopped by Mango Bay without booking ahead, and we lucked out! The host welcomed our party of 3 with open arms. The staff's warm smiles made us feel right at home. We devoured the egg rolls, ribs, and seafood pasta - presentation and taste were both on point. Already planning our next visit. A fantastic new spot in the neighborhood!

I was really, really looking forward to Mango Bay. I saw all the reviews on IG and was excited. I came for brunch and unfortunately, was highly unimpressed with the food. We ordered the grits and shrimp, the shark and bake and the steak and eggs. The steak and eggs were ok. The grits were ok but the shrimp were OVERCOOKED! The shark had zero seasoning, it was covered with batter and fried, that’s it, and the bake was oily. I am not sure how they got Michelin Star status but somebody lied! I won’t even bother going for dinner. They season their food for the white man’s palate! The couple across from us didn’t enjoy it either. The wings that went along with their waffles had no flavor. It would be a no for me. Sorry!
