I went to dinner last night for a late birthday dinner. To my surprise, there was a live band playing music and it was wonderful! They even played happy birthday, so it felt like a personal treat lol. The food was delicious and very filling. We ordered the Branzino, Ras & Pasta, Mango Chow and Sweet Plantains. Everything was delicious. We had a great hostess and waitress. The only reason I gave 4 stars for service was because they never brought out the appetizer that we ordered. But once we ate our entrees, we realized we didn't even need the appetizer because we were so stuffed lol. I will definitely be back and will be recommending this spot to others.
Went here last night for the first time & had a wonderful time. They have a live jazz band every Monday on the upper floor around 7:00pm. The ambiance was amazing. Great for a classy date night or semi casual dinner. The food was seasoned very well, drinks were great. We had a wonderful time! Will definitely come back.
Food was fantastic and portion sizes were great. Overall restaurant experience was pleasant and would return again. Only cons would be that service was a bit slow. We had to follow up with our waiter about cocktails we ordered. We also had a lot of leftovers and had to pack and box everything ourselves. Would say the service is likely the biggest reason they don't have a Michelin star. No complaints on food!!!
It would have been nice for our waiter to check in with us during brunch. The jerk salad required a lot of work to manage (cut up) the lettuce bulbs that were not separated. The fried chicken (wings) breading was over cooked, and really didn't taste like anything - so the sauce was overwhelming. The skirt steak - salty. scrambled eggs with it - seamed steamed, wasn't tasty. Fries - some were hard. Will try their dinner but I don't think I'll return to brunch.
Upon greeting, the hostess read it was my birthday, she said you drinking? I said yes she said I'll send over champagne 10/10 Appetizers - scallops 10/10 scallops with caviar, and slice mango (recommended by waitress) Dinner- bronzino fish with egg plant on it well seasoned Substitute for rice and peas 9/10 (a hint too salty) Blueberry musk mule with ginger beer ( recommended by waitress) 10/10
I came here to celebrate my 30th birthday and this has now become one of my favorite restaurants. The food was excellent and the jazz was amazing as well. What stood out to me the most was that jerk chicken Cesar salad. Soo delicious , I'm definitely looking forward to coming back!
very limited menu, pricey. Felt a bit rushed by server even though it wasn't a packed sunday
This is a beautiful space with warm staff and great ambiance. Food was very tasty with a few minor misses. Drinks are flavor forward and unique, but there were minor service mishaps.
Everything was excellent. Unfortunately you guys have no control over your patrons. There was a loud woman that wanted the whole section I was sitting to hear her goings on. Otherwise I would definitely recommend this place for a date night. The pork chops, the oxtail and the burger were divine. And the drinks well done, got the soursop drink and was pleasantly surprised. Looking forward to going back sooner than later.
10/10 Certainly recommend, all of the brunch entrees were good. The food was full of flavor, drinks did not disappoint and the service also good. I will be back to try their dinner menu.

My girlfriend and I went for Brunch and the food was amazing. THE best grits I've ever had, without question. King Prawns and Grits meal. My gf had the steak and eggs, and they came with some amazing potatoes sliced like Wavy Lays that taste fantastic. I hope they don't change a thing. Already booked again to come and try dinner which I've also heard is delicious.
The atmosphere was beautiful, the hostess was kind and very helpful we were celebrating at friends 30th anniversary and she made the night even more special. The food and drinks met our expectations. 5 stars
My boyfriend and I had dinner here for his birthday and had an amazing time. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was wonderful (thank you Jelani!) and the. Atmosphere was lively and inviting. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in New York
Amazing! From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and attentive, and the food was full of flavor. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a great meal. I'll definitely be back!
Mango Bay is a cute, chill vibe. Good for a little get together with friends or a date night. The ackee & saltfish egg rolls are excellent! Unfortunately, they were out of curry goat puffs when I visited, but the rest of my meal was excellent. The Ras & Pasta was super tasty. My partner had the jerk chicken - it was good, not great. Also, highly recommend the lemonade. Whoever thought to add vanilla is a genius.
