I love this McDonald’s. Me and my grandson enjoyed eating the food in it. This is the best McDonald’s I have ever went to.
This place is always packed with kids from all the schools, yesterday was not clean and extremely smokey. Despite mobile orders still takes forever and seems chaotic.

Located on 5th Avenue in Bay Ridge, this McDonald's is known for its consistent service and professionalism. Whether it's lunchtime or just before closing, the orders are usually perfect. Despite great food, some find the prices too high. However, there are often promotions like buy one sandwich, get one free. The fast service and cleanliness of the place are also appreciated. Customers have noted that ordering through the app ensures quick and accurate service, with accessibility for wheelchair users and parents with strollers.
Some reviews mention issues with management and staff treatment, which may contribute to frequent worker changes. There are also complaints about the ordering process, such as difficulties in getting soda water with mobile orders. Additionally, customers have expressed frustration over the limited amount of ketchup packets and the lack of napkins for to-go orders. Overall, while the restaurant has its strengths, there are areas that could use improvement.
