Food is always hit or miss. I know its Macdonalds but I always ask for my food cook to order so I can eat it as hot and fresh as possible. I know this can be an extra step, but I would like my food from anywhere to be as hot and fresh as possible. I always get half of the product fresh and hardly ever make the statement but they know it wasn't what I asked for and sent it anyhow

McDonald's, a well-known fast-food chain, has received mixed reviews from customers. The main manager was praised for their kind and professional demeanor, promptly resolving a customer's order mistake. The Oreo McFlurry was also highly rated, with an employee going the extra mile to deliver the order to the customer's table.
However, concerns have been raised about the restaurant's recent renovations, with some customers feeling the open layout makes the staff feel unsafe, particularly during incidents of customer outbursts. Despite the new and improved appearance, the service has been described as average, with a call for a safer environment for the hardworking employees.
