Ordered here through uber eats. I spent $50 on this place and my food came missing multiple items. The food was cold and tasteless besides the bbq chicken. What a complete waste of time and money, and to top it off $50 for a tiny portion of food from a place like this is absolutely insane. I donāt write reviews but I feel like I have to give a heads up.

Found this place as ā(Expletive) Glutenā on DoorDash. I figured out that the business behind that name was moonbowls, and chose to order directly from them so theyād hopefully get more money.
The first two times I ordered from them were kinda rough: Food tasted OK, portions were quite small, and orders were 30 minutes late.
I was foolish enough to order a third time.
When the order was 15 minutes late I checked their app and saw that the food hadnāt been picked up. I texted their āconciergeā service, which assured me that the food was just waiting to be picked up.
30 minutes later I texted again. Silence. Tried to call, but their phone number is just a complicated menu where all options lead you back to texting them.
At the 2-hour mark I texted then again, only to learn that the order still hadnāt been picked up. They tried to shift blame, saying that they made the food on time but that their ādelivery partnerā (read: Uber Eats) was at fault. Whatever.
I cut my losses and took the refund. Will never get that 2 hours back.
moonbowls has three vegan options which you can get as a bowl, salad, or plate: Impossible beef, crispy cauliflower, and sesame tofu bowl. It also has a special avocado bulgogi bowl. Each option, in whatever form, packs a punch. With the exception of the egg, all their sides and sauces are vegan. Also carries Sweet Lorenās edible cookie dough and edible brownie for dessert.
Operates out of the Doordash ghost kitchen with only a pickup or delivery options. Itās on the pricey side but a good lunch option if you want something different from the usual and want to treat yourself.

My office just ordered from here today. I got the fried chicken bowl and my chicken was NOT fresh at all. It was cardboard-like, definitely had come out of a freezer and was definitely not freshly fried. The sauce was just buffalo sauce, nothing korean about it. The rice and the veggies were actually good on it. Its such a shame, this place could be good if they used proper fresh proteinā¦ and actually used korean seasoning and sauces. What a bizarre place! They even sent us the wrong bowl for one of my co workers (hes vegetarian and they sent him a bowl with meat in it)
