Very simple restaurant, just a few seats. The main thing is take out. You can order and wait for your food or order ahead and pick up and pay when you get to the place. Credit cards are accepted. When going for a first time to a Chinese place I order a combo so that I get to try a few things. I got the Chicken Chow mein with the pork rice and the egg roll. Excellent. I was a regular at prosperity noodle and sad to see the restaurant go out of business but I was excited to have a new close Chinese restaurant near my house. While the food quality is actually good. I don’t think it’s worth the price and the portions. Any other Chinese restaurant near by their large (QT) size is much bigger and New Empire’s large is MUCH smaller. I’m used to a large lo mein being able to feed everyone but I find here that we usually don’t have enough....
