The man who appears to be the manager or owner is rude and borderline abusive. On a mid-90 degree day he refused an older man a glass of water and started berating him to get out of the shop. Another barista (from another shop) happened to be there and approached him afterwards to tell him that was not ok to treat him that way, and it’s actually illegal to refuse a glass of water.
