The restaurant itself is on the second floor. There are stairs and an elevator. Really high ceiling, somewhat cavernous. We went at an odd time, between lunch and dinner. Some of the lights were off and were turned on. Some of the waiters and workers were sitting down prepping food, i think? The food was amazing. Their menu is huge, lots to choose from. Lots of varieties.Wheelchair accessibility: There's an elevator! They're on the second floor.

Garbage and food fell on the floor, but they were picked up and given to guests! It’s disgusting! I mentioned my opinion to the manager, and the manager said it was a trivial matter and left! Look at the picture, is this fly also meat?

The taste and quality of the dim sum was very poor.

We came here for dinner and had sticker shock but turned out the portion was large and probably meant to be shared family style. I liked their Peking style pork chop in particular. Just to echo other reviewer’s report about checking their final bill carefully. We were charged an extra item but it was quickly fixed.

How should I put it... I just finished eating. The dishes and taste of Haiyue are not as good as before... The lobsters with open sides are thin and small, and one is half empty... The quality is very poor...

Apart from the convenience of parking, the stuff is really not that great.

classic dimsum restaurant that's been in brooklyn's chinatown for years. i'm writing this review for non-mandarin speakers — if you're coming on very busy times, like mornings on the weekend or christmas, be aware that you need to know some mandarin. I saw some people waiting and the manager who calls out the numbers only calls it out in mandarin, not english. if you look up the number they give u on google translate and remember how it sounds like, you're probably good.

Great place for canton style Chinese food. I noticed the service and food has gotten better recently. I would come again.

The food was great, but the server was dishonest. We ordered pork dumplings ($5.95), chow fun (photo), and chicken&corn soup. In the bill, it had shrimp dumplings ($6.95) instead, I know it's just one dollar, but the server lied, saying it was the same price. He knew what he was doing. Be aware of their
