New York Breakfast
A Breakfast blend of black tea from India and Sri Lanka. Medium bodied and balanced, this tea has more complexity than your typical breakfast blend
Earl Grey
A tea classic and great addition to any tea offering. Ceylon black tea blended with bergamot and blue cornflowers. Generally suggested to be drank alone, although some prefer it with milk and sugar.
Jasmine Green
Chinese green tea scented with jasmine blossoms. Jasmine ranges in flavor from tropical fruit to floral. This tea tends to lean more towards the tropical fruit side of the spectrum, with the green tea providing a strong base.
Moroccan Mint
A classic blend of Chinese gunpowder tea and mint. The gunpowder imparts a flavor of earthiness with some vegetal notes, anchoring the brightness of the mint. Contains Caffeine.
Chamomile
The quintessential herbal brew, Chamomile is soothing and calming. Hints of fruit and flowers, with notes of honey. Chamomile contains no caffeine, perfect for drinking all day or late at night.
Lemon Verbena and Hibiscus

This is an all-time favorite for me.

I have seen Paloma develop from a small, counter-service, to-go shop to an impeccable, artisan, and quality spot in Greenpoint.

This does not just go for Coffee.

First and foremost, if you are looking for a Summer day that has meaning, then you are likely ordering a Nola (New Orleans-styled ice coffee). To boot, there pastry chef knows how to make works of art.

Tried the specialty pour-over featuring their Genji Challa Ethiopian beans. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite hit the mark—perhaps due to the light roast profile or brewing technique. That said, pour-overs can be tricky, and I’ve had my share of missteps at home. On the bright side, the café offers complimentary water, which is a thoughtful touch. The ambiance is pleasant, and the staff is friendly. While this particular brew wasn’t to my taste, I’d be open to exploring...

This location is much bigger than their other location in the neighborhood, but seating is still fairly limited (so I wouldn’t recommend trying to set up shop to work here).
The barista was kind, my iced latte came out quickly. (Weird note- the iced latte was served in a paper cup similar to what hot coffee would be served in. I could see this getting soggy if you let it sit for too long.)
The pastries look amazing! I definitely will be back to try them at...
