Tried the specialty pour-over featuring their Genji Challa Ethiopian beans. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite hit the mark—perhaps due to the light roast profile or brewing technique. That said, pour-overs can be tricky, and I’ve had my share of missteps at home. On the bright side, the café offers complimentary water, which is a thoughtful touch. The ambiance is pleasant, and the staff is friendly. While this particular brew wasn’t to my taste, I’d be open to exploring...
This location is much bigger than their other location in the neighborhood, but seating is still fairly limited (so I wouldn’t recommend trying to set up shop to work here).
The barista was kind, my iced latte came out quickly. (Weird note- the iced latte was served in a paper cup similar to what hot coffee would be served in. I could see this getting soggy if you let it sit for too long.)

I have seen Paloma develop from a small, counter-service, to-go shop to an impeccable, artisan, and quality spot in Greenpoint.
This does not just go for Coffee.
