“Placed an online order and was missing 1 item. I left a support ticket at the website and got a phone call response roughly 5 minutes later.
The employee called me and apologized for his mistake and offered to resend the food to me. At first, I denied his request because I felt that he was genuinely sorry about his mistake. However, he told me that my satisfaction is more important than salary or any additional work.
He called an Uber to deliver me the rest of the food and thanked me again for supporting Panda Express.
Wing, you are such an honest and humble worker. Thank you again for making my night. Will continue to come back!“
“I’ve never been here before or eaten at any Panda Express restaurant. We came for the African Festival on Flatbush/Nostrand Ave. We decided to have dinner at Panda Express. From the moment we walked in the staff was happy and welcomed us. The server took her time to explain how to order. Her associates we also kind and was happy to assist. Not only that, one of the server cleanup the restroom so I could use it. She went above and beyond. I’ll give her 10 ⭐️ for her excellent service. All the staff worked today evening shift 7/25/25 were professional. I definitely recommend this place. We will be returning customers. Big shout out to the staff. Much love ❤️“
“Great choice of food and everything we had was exceptionally good.
You could see it all being cooked fresh and it was churning through as very busy.
The only negative was the rudeness of a large lady that worked there.
I had inadvertently got in her way when waiting to be served and when I realised and apologised she tutted at me and gestured me out of the way.p with a sour face.
Not impressed at all and will not return!!!“
