“Best babka I’ve ever had, ohhhh my goodness. Best bakery I’ve been to in a long time, and I am bakery-obsessed. Already dreaming of how and when I can make my way back to Park Slope just for this and the super chocolate-chip cookie. But that babka, this subtle mix of Nutella and chocolate (I don’t even like Nutella) and the smooth, moistness of it all is so perfect, with this sugared little crispy bottom. Shoutout to Omri, a talented stop-motion artist working his last week, who was so warm and helpful to me.

“Best quality cake in all of Brooklyn. I ordered a Tiramisu cake for my sisters birthday and everyone said it was the best Tiramisu cake they've had. Texture was super fluffy and the cream was sweet but not too sweet. 10/10 would order here again.“

“Small Japanese cafè on the 2nd floor offering more unique offerings of coffee, tea and pastries. I had an iced black sesame latte with a shot of espresso. The nutty flavor of the sesame works great with the earthy coffee notes, enhancing each other. A maple fig scone was properly dry and subtle. Next, I plan to try their 8-hour filtered cold brew. You can enjoy your coffee at a few of the small tables inside, but more appropriate to sit in the hallway or take-out.

They also sell essential oils, candles and other unique gifts. While they are a little pricey, the quality of the products are high. As long as the coffee grinder isn't going off, they offer a very peaceful experince. Definitely worth a visit!“

“i was a little worried because most of the pastries looked like they were sold out when i joined the line but things were getting restocked pretty quickly so by the time i got to the register i was able to get 2 slices of cakes that just came out from the back kitchen! the cakes had sophisticated flavors to them which i really enjoyed“

“This pizza was good, i almost wanted to slap somebody! My cousin just moved here from FLORIDA so he was on a misson to try pizza in every burro. And last weekend, brooklyn was up! Puerto Ricans everywhere! It was fun! We went into this one pizza spot on broadway, and i was like oh naaa.... yiu cant get it from here. The pizza just looked so dusty! We walked around the corner to this spot, La Pizzaria, and right off the back, the pizza on display looked like it just cane out of heaven, and the pepparoni pizza had sesame seeds on it. And thst was some odd shyt right there! But we got it anyways, and baby beeeee! Let me tell you something... we tasted something we nvr had before! I mean idk what thst was, but that wasnt no regular Pizza! We tore that pizza up! And then went back and ordered personal pans! And so did my friend! The next time i want pizza, we will be traveling back from CT (bc thats where we live, to brooklyn to get that pizza! Thank you!“

“Peter made an amazing lemon, raspberry cake for my best friend’s birthday.The cake was fluffy and the lemon frosting was perfect!
When I picked up the cake, I also bought a loaf of his white bread which was also delicious.
I will continue to support Peter and hope to have another cake soon.

“Great local bakery. Their carrot cake and cheesecake is amazing. A great assortment of breads from focaccia to challah bread and many more. All freshly baked that day so everything you get is fresh. Also their pastries are buttery and delicious too“

“Nicely decorated coffee house that beckoned you to come on in. I love sweets in general so I skipped the coffee and ordered straight from the enticingly decorated cake display. I had the infamous three chocolate cake slice ($11 ea.) and yes it is worth the hype. Moist flavors that blend well and is very delicious, although small slices for the price.
I also had a butter croissant ($4 ea.) and truly enjoyed that as well. The blonde cashier was pleasant and helpful. Everything here is a bit pricey but you will enjoy the desserts.“

The place is very cozy and aesthetically pleasing. Staff has been attentive and friendly. The cakes and breads look amazing! And so delicious!
I ordered a Doblada de pollo. 2 come in the order and was told “made fresh each order” and it tasted amazing! It was so fluffy and filling and also plated beautifully.
I look forward to coming back and trying more of their food.“

“This seems to be a smaller location, so they seemed to offer much less than they typically would there. The older guy at the counter (only one there) didn't seem to understand the things we were asking for that my friends and I had ordered from other locations, which would be understandable, but he also didn't seem to understand what we were asking about when we pointed to a special drink advertised in the display on the window. They didn't have bagels, red velvet frappes, or the savannah pecan mocha from the outside ad, but didn't clarify if they ran out of any of the drinks or if they just aren't stocked there. The muffins and drinks we did get were exceptionally wonderful as always, though, and the interior looked decently nice, if small. The menu display was a little old and could be touched up in a couple places, but everything else was pretty good overall. A little room for improvement, but overall not a bad experience at all.

Each cake is a winner Everyone was gratified.
Im disappointed because to whole cakes you have 1) Vanilla Boo Cream and Lemon which you only sell on Mother's Day
You do not sell in slices which I feel is totally unfair. I feel if you were to sell them it would create a sellout

“I've only ever been to two locations, but food and quality is consistent between both, so it's totally appreciated. Great selection of food and baked goods. My faves are the king cream donut, mochi donut, and cream puffs (this location sells them in a pack)! I ventured into their salads, also good; workers are nice.“

“This is a small shop with a lot to offer. There are Patties for meat eaters and non-meat eaters. Their Patties are made with an airy flaky crust, and filled either: meat, spinach, herring, shrimp, and chicken. Very tasty, like taking a trip to Haiti!“
