PPL has great matcha and hojicha lattes. They do operate out of a pretty small shop fyi but there is some seating outside and we usually just walk around the neighborhood with our drinks.

Lovely coffee, very good quality. Staff were not so welcoming or polite & I was given a a not so nice look when I asked for my drink to be in a mug rather than a paper cup! It’s a shame they don’t have bar stools by the window to enjoy your coffee inside, there is ample space for the. The decor is very quaint, green & beautiful.

Honestly, probably the best latte and matcha latte I've ever had (and I've tried a lot)!! We got ours iced with oat milk and they were made soo well. The staff is very kind and the pastries are vegan!
