“I go here often there is alway a line I would recommend you order on the app it is inside the mall and the food always is freshly made right in front of u but one time I did get a lot of broken straws but I would definitely recommend for someone shopping there“

“Finally an Auntie Anne in this area! This location also has Cinnabon and Carvel. When you walk-in, you can smell the aroma of fresh baked Cinnabons and pretzels it’s so delicious. You won’t be able to leave without getting something. I like that you can see everything being made. The staff are friendly and helpful. Food is fresh and hot especially the pretzels. Best tasting compared to other Auntie Anne’s I’ve been to in Brooklyn. Love this location already!“

“I came to this location for the first time yesterday. Only two workers were in. They had a few orders, and more people were coming in. I ordered the pretzel and it was really good. I am definitely going back today for more. I definitely gave them a tip. They were working so hard and trying to get everything out in a timely manner.“

“Doña Alexandra, Don Alexander, Doña Thalía, are superstars! The most welcoming, professional, and especially Doña Alexandra. She has the natural gift of a leader. Conflict resolution especially. I had a horrible experience the time before with a jerk who shall remain nameless who served me burnt pretzel dogs which were expensive. I had to the train back again to bring those disgusting burnt things to that person. She immediately denied me a refund. She got loud with me and was saying I was stealing g by getting the man ey back and eating the amount of pretzels I ate. I eneded up getting the refund. I was thing to the this evening crew to please know that that person Is nasty and never allow her terrible habits and lack of anything customer service related make it’s way into their professional lives. They were so sweet they gave me a bag of pretzels. We are all SPANISH and I told her thank you so much.
