This joint with the salt fish and akee have no customer service skills. Don’t take debit cards. Then gonna hand me the coconut cake just like that with no bag. All while talking on the phone ??♀️
I am giving this place a 5 for three reasons. 1 they had excellent service over the phone, 2. The food was great and 3. The delivery was quick. Originally I ordered the Oxtail and jerk pork plates, they did not have jerk pork so they were kind enough to call me so I can switch to stew pork which was perfect for me ??, I can’t wait to try more things off the menu.

Lately the oxtails, which they are famous for, are hit or miss. I had multiple orders and the oxtails were mostly hard, not fall off the bone. The seasoning was off. Also, much smaller portions. About 4-5 for each large order. I would give 1 star but I've been coming for years so hopefully it's fixed.
