Solid breakfast burritos and great tortillas, which are like gold here. I haven’t tried anything else on the menu yet, but it’s just a matter of time - the salads look awesome. I moved here from Texas a year ago and love everything about the city (except for the rent), but I do miss Tex Mex and good tortillas. Having lived in NM about 35 years, I know an amazing green Chile cheeseburger when I see (taste) one. These maybe the best I’ve EVER had!
My wife and as New Mexican natives have searched far and wide on our travels for “real New Mexican food”. Santa Fe BK is unquestionably the best we have had. John and Melissa, the owners did their research and it shows in the food. The place itself is charming, especially the outdoor patio with “Betty” the apple tree anchoring it.
