Wonderful array of menus, but needs a lot of skills and training in how foods are displayed and packagedReduce the amount of salt in meals.Ste vegetables, not cook them.Display cooked food in the whole state not pieces.Clean up the chicken wings before baking/jerking . I have on 3 occasions found feathers embedded.Have raw vegetables added to the array of food display. Food was amazing!! As a ?? I have to admit the brown rice and brown beans was PERFECT! oxtail had the perfect amount of heat! Macaroni and cheese was to die for mixing it with the candied yams! 5 star!!food area is very clean! Hand sanitizer available! Gloves must be put on! Another great thing! Definitely stop by
