Honestly I have not tasted the food yet but the service was horrible for it being my FIRST time ever! I live 500 ft away in the neighborhood. Needed soup because I’m super sick. I DoorDash the order and pick it up. I had NO IDEA that they do not help you at the counter you can go and pick it up. I felt like the person behind the counter was rude. I’m not a DoorDash driver so I don’t know I’m suppose to search through names. I’m super sick and this really irritated me being it was my first experience. I won’t be coming back.

flew in to NY to try Springbone. I tried the bone broth hot chocolate & was disappointed. The texture was too slimy, not excited on the taste, and the false advertisement on the marshmallows. I love healthy food and came a long way. First and last. I’ll probably try another location in the future.

Nice bowls, not the best but very good for a chain! A really enjoyed the Mexican bowl and in my opening reasonable priced. Also a good interior with space to eat, but no restrooms, keep that in mind.

I love the food here, but I’ve now recently had two consecutive terrible delivery experiences. No one answering the phone and food was over two hours delayed. We tried to order a third time and just had to cancel as the delivery ETA continued to be pushed out. We’re usually extremely understanding and sympathetic to restaurants during peak hours having worked in the service industry, but this is such shameful and disappointing customer service.

I have had a bowl that they make i let them pick the ingredients, And i tried this twice once i ate the bowl I wasn’t hungry until next day the food is very nutritious The use high quality ingredients no seed oils Very healthy food highly recommend

bowls were pretty good overall, though the rice had some hard bits and honestly wasn’t great. kind of ironic, since the bone broth rice was what i was most excited about - it’s supposed to set the bowl apart, but it ended up being the worst part. staff could’ve been friendlier.
that said, i really liked the broccoli - simple and slightly burnt, just the way i like it lol.
my bowl came out to around $19. buy again? unlikely.
