I've been eating at Teresa's on Montague Street since the day they opened. New York's neighborhood coffee shops are disappearing, and it so good to have it here! At the same time, it's ideal for tourists who want to eat near the Promenade.
I love this place, it it's a hidden gem in Brooklyn heights, my family drives from Westchester to go have brunch there and the address bonus is, it is a very short walk from the promenade. The prices are also quite reasonable for where it is.
Ample portions at this Polish restaurant; you won't go home hungry. The best blintzes, stuffed to almost exploding with filling. I especially enjoy the cheese version. The stuffed cabbage is another favorite with savory meat and rice filling topped with tangy, creamy tomato sauce. Pierogies, sandwiches, meat and fish entrees. Daily dinner and brunch specials.
