Was super excited to try out The Original Hot Dog Factory since it’s reopening in Brooklyn. Placed my order through DoorDash and my drink was spilled on the bag causing my food to be wet. My problem is there was no drink tray in the bag. Really disappointed.
The loaded fries are my favorite, it's huge! We also love their hot dogs. Only con is the wait time.
Hot dogs are all great, well at least the ones I got (**** chicken, Detroit, and corn dog). Only reason I can't give them 5 stars is that not enough food for price.
Couldn't even wait until I made it through the hot dog to leave this review but this spot is amazing. Had the Jamaican J*** Chicken dog, which included grilled pineapples and caramelized onions inside a chicken sausage and it was like heaven. Would definitely recommend and fairly close to Barclays Center and Atlantic Mall. Rather than stopping at Shake Shack or Chic Fil A, try something different and local.
I’m in love with this new addition to the neighborhood! From the hotdogs, to the wings, and even the fries, everything is fresh and delicious! The Chicago dog is my fave. The owners are so nice and accommodating. The staff are pleasant. I’ll definitely be returning again and again!
Fast service outdoor eating for those who like to eat and go. Drinks and hot dog with fries
This was my first hot dog after five years in New York, so you can imagine I'm not a fan. And yet I gave Hot Dog Factory a try and I really enjoyed it. The bun was slightly crispy, the flavors were clean, and the staff was on top of every detail and they made the experience great. While at this point in my life nothing will probably turn me into a hot dog fan, I know where I'll go when I'm in the mood to have one.
Amazing menu of different hotdogs including the classic chicago dog. They have wings and burgers too. Nice addition to the neighborhood when you need something simple, good, and filling.
Low-key surprised by this place -- I was really expecting a run-of-the-mill hotdog joint (think: Nathan's or any other NYC hotdog), but this was much better.Really great quality for good prices ("good quality hot dogs" is an NYC oxymoron, but I promise these are top notch).Pictured is the Carolina Slaw Hotdog (Beef hotdog, chili, coleslaw) with onion rings and a small order of the wings with Mild sauce.
Great to see new places opening in the area. Carolina slaw chili dog was my fav, Chicago dog was pretty good as well.

Ordered the Elote and House dog. Never tried anything else since these hit the spot. Definitely try the horchata dessert with churro!
Great addition to the neighborhood, especially with the death of the corner dog stands that used to scatter NYC’s landscape. Hot dogs are tasty, not too salty, and the toppings are diverse. This chain seems to offer a tasting of dogs found around the US at a variety of ballparks. This is a welcome alternative to the walk and eat foods on the go. They don’t over do the toppings so they are quite manageable to eat. Give them a try, especially since we won’t be going to ballparks anytime soon.
It was delicious and a good price for specialty hotdogs and fries
