I ordered online tonight via Seamless and waited an hour and a half before calling twice to check on my order. The manager stated that I would have to wait at least 15 minutes more but wouldn't say exactly how long. I said I would like to wait but wanted to know exactly how much longer it would be. He instead said he was going to cancel my order then hung up on me. I called back to ask that my order be delivered. He said he already canceled it and hung up on me again.
