The menu features authentic Yemeni dishes such as haneeth, kabseh, Mandi, Saltah, Fahsa, lamb haneeth, and roasted chicken. The Mandi is perfectly cooked, tender, fragrant, and beautifully spiced. Saltah is hot, bubbling in a stone bowl, topped with frothy hilbeh and served with warm, freshly baked bread.
