Wheatfield Bakery小麦田 is a wonderful local Asian bakery in Brooklyn known for its freshly baked goods, light sponge cakes, and savory breakfast buns. I stopped by in the morning and picked up a selection of coconut buns, hot roast pork rolls, and a slice of airy green tea cake, and everything was soft, fresh, and perfectly balanced.
