This is such a special place. This food belongs in the Bible. It should be revered like the Kings and Queens and even the gods of mythology. You’re not getting better dumplings than this. The shredded meat and cabbage or leek is so tender, so sweet, spicy, sour, vinegary, and the tender sheath, the skin of the dumpling is so chewy yet soft and wheaty and flavorful like nothing else. This place is the absolute best! Hand pulled noodles are chewy and the beef broth is transcendent. The pork dumplings have an incredible depth of flavor and you get 10 to an order. There is no need to go anywhere else.
This place has great food and great service. It is like most restaurants around this area, you pay and then get your food. No tipping is required, you just eat and then leave. They will help you clean up after.
