Lucky me, the duck was just made and not even packed yet. Front told the kitchen staff to chop one order for me. When I came home, I placed them in the fridge and not until later at night, ate some for snack.
It was amazing! The skin was still plum, meat was tender, flavor was one point, a tip salty because I was not eating it with any beverage or rice/carbs. Thought I was going to have a couple pieces, but ended up eating...read full review
