Za-Ya Ramen offers unusual and interesting ramen flavors, with a tasty beef bone broth, great egg, but the combination of edamame and truffle does not work well. The noodles and short rib can be hit or miss, and the arugula salad lacks seasoning. However, the gyukotsu ramen is exceptional, even for a ramen connoisseur.
