“We went for a day trip to Watertown from Kingston Ontario. My wife suggest we try this Jamaican restaurant. I have to say, this is the best Jamaican food I’ve had so far. We couldn’t decide what to order so we ordered a few options. We had their J*** chicken, curry chicken, stew chicken and stew ox tail. Everything tasted fantastic. It was so juicy and full of flavour. We even had their j*** chicken patties while we waited for our food, wow it was good. And the owner was so friendly. Would recommend this restaurant 100%.”

“This is the best restaurant in the Watertown/North Country area. This is my second time here and it has been equally as delicious both times. We had a party of five and each of us loved our meal. The service is friendly and fast and the homemade food is to die for. The tres leches is the best I have ever had! They also offer a %10 military and veteran discount.”

I got their delicious (monthly special) Strawberry Crunch Latte and it was everything I've been searching for!! the coffee was delicious and strong and the flavor was so good without being overly sweet and perfectly creamy. My wife got a cookies and cream hot latte and she enjoyed every last drop!! Not only do they have the best coffee we have found here in NNY but their espresso coffee cake cups are everything you need! This is my new favorite place! I'm already craving more and it's the same day 😆 It was EXTREMELY busy but our drinks came out fast and every single worker had a smile on their face and were more than welcoming and polite! Good customer service is hard to find nowadays and everyone was absolutely amazing there. The customer service alone is a huge reason we will definitely be back! You all are amazing!! see you soon!!”

“If you want authentic boba drinks, this is the place to go! I'm a big boba drinker since 7 years old! Being born and raised in Cali, I had my fair share of boba drinks. Moving to fort drum due to military life and for some odd reason I decided to stay, there were really no good boba drinks. Ju Ju and the boba store in Syracuse mall were my go-tos for quite a while, but O-OH is absolutely the best! They meet my tasting standards I had from the west side! Also they are the most caring and sweetest people! O-OH customer service is always excellent and they really value their customers! They greet everyone with a friendly smile on their face! Even when I come in upset or angry, they always change my mood and I go back to being happy! The store is literally a happy atmosphere!”

“Food was fantastic, service was extremely slow. Not sure why, 5 tables that were seated after us ate and left long before us. Avoid the booths , most uncomfortable seats I have ever sat in at a restaurant.”

“An absolutely delicious breakfast sandwhich with SO many tasty coffee and pastry options. You can even get a FRESH MADE flavored latte in a can! It was a life saver on our cross state trip.”

“Had a wonderful evening here with the family. The calamari was divine; super crispy on the outside and nice and tender on the inside with great flavor. The addition of the peppers with the calamari was on point. The burger looked delicious and the beef dip was great as well. The corn beef and cabbage was lacking. The corn beef had great flavor - but over half of my beef was just fat, which was a little disappointing. I also got the butt end of the cabbage and it definitely needed some salt along with the potatoes. The broth was delicious. We got the carrot cake, gingerbread cheesecake, and egg nog cheesecake. They were all very well made and tasted great. My favorites were the egg nog cheesecake and the carrot cake. Overall a really great experience.

“Wow! I wasn't expecting to clean my plate the way I did. I had oxtails with rice and peas and plantains & my husband had curry goat with white rice and cabbage. When I tell you this restaurant is really authentic, the plate set up was extremely pretty and when i tell you i only waited maybe 10-15 minutes to be served. 10/10 for sure. Returning is a must and I'd be a fool not to”
