For my first time trying Island mix it was really really good it was quick service bbq and rasta pasta flavor was there and the red velvet cake very moist very good I will be back
Food is great and well seasoned however the Mac could use some adjusting it was super soggy but overall good food.

Island Mix is a small restaurant with good food. The oxtails were piping hot and pretty good and the large Oxtail dinner is enough for 3 people. The cabbage side was enjoyable and on point. The brown stew chicken and pound cake were recommended for being delicious and a good value. The curry chicken dinner is 10 out of 10, with moist chicken that fell off the bone. The jerk chicken dinner is delicious and comes with 3 sides. The beef patty was so good! Portions and prices are great. The food is very good and flavorful and awesome. The jerk chicken, properly seasoned, is the most tender, fall off the bone chicken. There can be a bit of a wait but the food is worth the wait. The inside of the restaurant needs some renovation, with only 4 seats and one table.
