JBC RICE NOODLES & RAMEN Reviews
The nice people with the good food. Never let you down. Can have some orders that are not perfect, still - the place to order from.
First time here & being open little under a year they have wonderful food ! Cozy little restaurant on the corner of Allen ! The beef Udon were so fluffy & delicious, the sesame shrimp and soup dumplings were phenomenal & I’m super picky but they were really good . The portions are really big & afforable ! Highly recommend
I lived in San Francisco. I’ve lived in New York City and I’ve had a lot of Ramen in my life…

Jbc Rice Noodles & Ramen is a cozy little restaurant on the corner of Allen, open for a little under a year. The beef Udon are fluffy and delicious, and the sesame shrimp and soup dumplings are phenomenal. The portions are really big and affordable. The broth is absolutely the best, even for those who have had a lot of Ramen. On one visit, none of the soup base were available except for the ramen broth, so rice dishes and stir fried noodle dishes were ordered instead, which were still pretty good, just very limited in terms of options. The missing soup bases were all the rice noodle soup bases (original, tomato, mushroom, mala, tom yum etc.). The ramen soup bases were the only soup bases available. The egg rolls, sesame chicken, and white rice are amazing, with sesame so tender with all the right flavors and crunchiness. Customer service is excellent, food portions filled the plate to the brim, and the food is delicious, fresh, and not greasy. Sake is verrry nice. A great takeout experience with everything delicious. The soup dumpling variety are all very tasty and well made. The beef lo mein is the best in Buffalo with lots of nicely seared beef and lo mein noodles with a slight browning from the wok at a reasonable $15. The vegetable fried spring rolls are fantastic, so light and crispy at $6.99 for four decent sized rolls.
