Jim's Steakout has THE absolute best cheesesteak subs in WNY, but you'll be lucky to get one unless you have plenty of time to kill. Every time I've gone, I've either been in line for an hour or got annoyed and left. I know the food service industry is exhausting, but I've never seen such slow cooks in my life, and I was in it for years.

Food was amazing!! I was so full when I finished my sub. I had the Hoagie Deluxe. It’s a little pricey but well worth it. You get so much.
