I would love to give a very positive review but as of right now I cannot every time I go to the hertel location there always out of milk . the regular ice cream is great but I only do milkshakes cause I drive alot please fix y'all's problem of running out of milk.
Visited on Sunday evening and just want to say your staff was amazing what a well
Oiled machine. Everyone was super polite even though it was super busy. The line moved quickly and the ice cream was flying out the window. Kudos to the staff!!! We love Lake Effect🍨
All their hours online and over the phone say they are open but when we drove 30 minutes out of our way to get ice cream they’re closed with no explanation.
