This souls food is bomb! Best soul food I've had since I moved to Buffalo 20 years ago! And reasonably priced! We have tried the fish, wings & shrimp, the grits, the greens, the rice & beans, the Mac & cheese, the cornbread, creamed corn & sweet potato corn bread. They knock it out of the park each time! So much good soul-soothing FLAVOR! We've also tried the Henry, jerk, & Buffalo lemon pepper sauces. Oh, my goodness, perfectly balanced & sauce...
If you're looking for some good soulfood this is the place to go. The food was seasoned well, ribs were fried to perfection, honey cornbread muffin was so light and fluffy and the greens and red beans and rice were amazing.
They didn’t have any bbq jerk ready so instead they gave me 6 henny wings and 6 garlic buffalo lp and a piece of chocolate cake! Very kind of them and they even reached out to let me know! I’ll definitely be recommending this spot to everyone.
