The New West Seneca location was a perfect stop after a Volleyball tournament ! Enjoyed a Cosmic Cocoa with peanut butter, cocoa, bananas, frozen yogurt, and nonfat milk for the kiddo and a Heavenly Bowl with Nutella®, strawberries, blueberries, bananas, granola, and açai base for the athlete. Troy was very busy serving and near the end of shift and yet he was kind, patient, and showed great customer service with a smile. Best smoothie around. We will be back !!👍👍

I got here at 6:50 pm and it said online they close at 7pm. I drove 30 mins just to come and get their smoothie.the worker said there is a tropical smoothie across the street that I can go there.....what kind of customer service is this.

Kaitlyn made me an amazing smoothie called the Banana Mud Pie. It’s super good! She provided great service, was quick, and gave fantastic recommendations. The smoothie is a limited-time option but absolutely worth it—10/10. I will definitely be back!

On 9/29 a young man working A line of at least 10 people he’s is making one smoothie at a time, moving with no intent to serve customers promptly. My daughter and I waited 40 min!!! In line for a kid & small smoothie! More staff is needed 1000%

Love this place! My husband and I stop every time we are in the area to get a Smoothie. I Love the Get Up and Glow! Please relocate if the mall ever shuts down.. no other smoothie place compares to this one :)

i am a regular at this place, usually the service is nice and the smoothies are good, but today the woman working was very rude and not professional. I’m not sure what her name is, she was working 9/24 at 4pm and she was blonde. She was talking to her friends who already had their smoothies and were half finished. She saw that we were waiting behind them for a good 5 minutes and didn’t greet us or anything until her friends decided to leave. Then by the time we got to the counter she was very short and rude, im assuming she was upset we wanted a smoothie while her friends visited her. She made them while slamming everything she could and placed them on the counter without saying anything. I’m really disappointed because I loved coming here, but I’m afraid to come back and deal with her bad attitude and disrespect.
