The Flaming Fish is a casual yet nice restaurant with amazing food and great service. The fried snapper, shrimp, and sweet potatoes are highly recommended by customers. The salmon sliders are a must-try, although they can be a bit dry if caught at the end of the kitchen's shift. The Creamy Cajun Pasta is delicious and comes in a generous portion. The crab cake is fresh and not overly breaded, while the candy yams and collard greens are flavorful and well-seasoned. The staff, especially Sierra and Deanna, are friendly and helpful, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Despite a slight wait for the meal, customers are impressed with the quality of the food and plan to return to The Flaming Fish in Houston.
