There is no need to respond with your "cookie cutter" answer you give to all reviews. Just saying it like it is. I highly doubt that you are serving Tim Horton's coffee. Or, if you DO, none of your staff know how to brew it properly. What I've been getting there lately does not even taste like coffee. It certainly does not taste like a Tim Horton's coffee. No lie. I'll be brewing my own from now on, and I'll be sure to say "Thanks"...

While there, it appeared at least 1/2 the counter orders had at least 1 mistake - for which duplicates were made, but no apologies offered. Neither inside nor drive thru were that busy; just staff didn't seem to pay much attention to specific orders

Wheelchair accessibility: Flat surfaces available * lot to sidewalk to lobby (altho doors do require a good tug to open)

Great doughnuts. Not the most friendly staff. We weren't greeted, didn't get asked if we needed help, and had to ask for service when we were ready.Cabinet upfront, let's you see what you're ordering first.
