Wasabi Restaurant offers a cozy atmosphere with a decent menu selection. The sushi & sashimi was good, although not as fresh as other places. The shrimp tempura and TonKatsu pork were delicious, along with the pan-fried pork Gyoza and beef Negimaki. The salad and mixed veggies were tasty, but the rice was not up to par. The staff, especially one gentleman, were friendly and prices were reasonable. Vegetarian options are available, making it family-friendly for older kids. The sashimi dinner was fresh and generous, served with a flavorful salad and white rice. Despite the busy Friday night, seating was prompt, and the overall experience left diners satisfied and full.
