Love the food and I grew up going to Wendy's with my family and the employees are very nice during the hours of 10:30 to maybe until 4pm after 7pm the night employees are not so nice also I recommend this restaurant to eat at for lunch and dinner.

In general most Wendy’s locations have deteriorated in quality and service. This is one of the best remaining in WNY. Only problem is that the $1.00 drinks often ring up at $2.99. Keep an eye out. If you don’t look at your receipts, you won’t catch it.

Best fries & nuggets I’ve ever had from a fast food restaurant! Honestly, the fries were better than most restaurants.
I was there at 9pm on a Thursday. There weren’t any customers in the store & the drive-thru line was shorter than the nearby Chick Fil-A. Regardless, the food was so fresh, I almost went back for seconds!

The food is poorly made and quality is subpar. Wendy's has dropped the ball in last few years. The meat is low quality the flavor is not where it used to be. I was given soggy bread and cold fries tasted like they were cooked in old grease. Had to go back and get a replacement meal and had the same issue. Save yourself the wasted space in your stomach and est somewhere else

Wendy’s used to be my best place of all burger places to go to! It will be a long time before I will ever consider returning because of the unacceptable quality of my meal. The burger was way over done and tasted dry and the bun was stale! I was disappointed and couldn’t even finish the meal because the flavor was unacceptable

5/10 times you’ll be fine but you’ll be rushed by them so they can stand around and do nothing which means your orders are messed up have the time. Also the what else can I get for you after everything you say is a mind trick there probably told to say by Wendy’s so you possibly keep ordering. Avoid if you can. Parking lot full of holes and all the old people at Mongolian will almost hit you when you pull out of the drive thru
One time I went in here to eat and after like five minutes a bunch of Amish people came in. Like when I say a bunch I mean like the whole village was in the Wendy's. They threw away their whole life style for the baconator, and I can't say I blame them.

Been to several Wendy's across the country and this location by far is the best. Friendly, helpful staff... Hot and fresh food Everytime. Have several fast food restaurants closer but choose to drive the extra distance to come to this location. The managers at this location should be used for training at other locations cause they do it right!
We went in right as they were closing the dining room to order food for a family we learned about that had none. I knew I could count on Wendy’s to make some fresh hot burgers and chicken nuggets for them. The staff was so wonderful and the food was hot and delicious (we got some for ourselves, too.) great job ?
