Manager on night duty on August 26th passes the buck and doesn't take accountability for staff not placing fries that come with meals in the bag , manager on duty feels that isn't on him and staff because I used a delivery service 🙄...that is absolutely horrible and non management response; he offered no solution, did not listen , spoke over me ignoring how to properly respond, no matter what if folks come in or use a service, everyone who encounters and handles orders shares responsibility , in my line of work, I fill online orders too, my co workers and I hold ourselves accountable. And when errors are made we make the appropriate response to better serve our customers...Do better with hiring folks who have decent character traits, who are professional for real, and who knows how to handle and respond properly

Please train your night staff more and don't hire without thoroughly analyzing who you're hiring. The worst experience I've ever had: the burnt potatoes, the two JBCs looked pretty, the bread soaked with extra sauce, and the meat cut into pieces. The most outrageous thing was hearing the employees laughing and talking in a sexual way. It used to be my favorite fast food restaurant, but after this, I've become unhappy.

My 4 for 4 was just what I needed. Nuggets were fresh and crispy, my jr bacon cheeseburger was on point and delicious, as well as my fresh fries. I haven’t had good food in weeks since I’ve been traveling and this Wendy’s literally saved me, literally. I don’t normally recommend fast food but this Wendy’s would make Wendy proud lol!

Love the food and I grew up going to Wendy's with my family and the employees are very nice during the hours of 10:30 to maybe until 4pm after 7pm the night employees are not so nice also I recommend this restaurant to eat at for lunch and dinner.

In general most Wendy’s locations have deteriorated in quality and service. This is one of the best remaining in WNY. Only problem is that the $1.00 drinks often ring up at $2.99. Keep an eye out. If you don’t look at your receipts, you won’t catch it.

Best fries & nuggets I’ve ever had from a fast food restaurant! Honestly, the fries were better than most restaurants.
I was there at 9pm on a Thursday. There weren’t any customers in the store & the drive-thru line was shorter than the nearby Chick Fil-A. Regardless, the food was so fresh, I almost went back for seconds!

The food is poorly made and quality is subpar. Wendy's has dropped the ball in last few years. The meat is low quality the flavor is not where it used to be. I was given soggy bread and cold fries tasted like they were cooked in old grease. Had to go back and get a replacement meal and had the same issue. Save yourself the wasted space in your stomach and est somewhere else
