“I was not having a good night, and I stopped to get some food here on my way home from work on Friday night 12/6/24. I went to pay for my food through the drive thru and the cashier had asked if I was okay, I began to sob but I am so appreciative of her. Amber (I believe was her name) was very kind and sweet and she just let me vent about my current financial situation with no hesitation to just listen and be there. I’m currently pregnant and I just could not hold back the tears of being overwhelmed, and rather than her being awkward or turning me away (as I’d expect most to honestly, because it’s not their job to listen) she instead let me breathe and just talked to me about how there’s other possibilities out there. It’s not in her pay to be a listening ear but her kindness was very seen. It made my night and means the world. Thank you Amber for being so kind to me! It’s the small moments that mean the most. I wanted to leave a review in hopes of management seeing this. You have an amazing employee working for you!”

I would have just liked for them to ask me about how I liked my meat cooked, it was to well done for my taste. Other than that it was great. Would highly recommend this place if your looking for some good latin food.”

“Local pizzeria in Watertown, NY. We order the Specialty Pizza, Sweety Pizza 16” and it was amazingly delicious. Good size for two hungry people. We had two appetizers, the bacon cheese fries and the garlic knots, we both obsessed over the garlic knots, they were in a pool of oil and herbs which gave it a really good kick and the marinara was great. The only thing it was a little disappointing was the fries because we thought it was with nacho cheese sauce but instead it’s made with shredded cheese, but still good in flavor, there was so much bacon which we loved cuz usually places put like one string of bacon. We’ll absolutely recommend this place to everyone we know in Fort Drum.”

“If you want authentic boba drinks, this is the place to go! I'm a big boba drinker since 7 years old! Being born and raised in Cali, I had my fair share of boba drinks. Moving to fort drum due to military life and for some odd reason I decided to stay, there were really no good boba drinks. Ju Ju and the boba store in Syracuse mall were my go-tos for quite a while, but O-OH is absolutely the best! They meet my tasting standards I had from the west side! Also they are the most caring and sweetest people! O-OH customer service is always excellent and they really value their customers! They greet everyone with a friendly smile on their face! Even when I come in upset or angry, they always change my mood and I go back to being happy! The store is literally a happy atmosphere!”

“Heard great things and decided to try the pizza myself. Was not disappointed. Crust is light and delicious the sauce has an amazing earthy after taste. Highly recommend. Look forward to going in and trying the pasta.”

“Had a wonderful evening here with the family. The calamari was divine; super crispy on the outside and nice and tender on the inside with great flavor. The addition of the peppers with the calamari was on point. The burger looked delicious and the beef dip was great as well. The corn beef and cabbage was lacking. The corn beef had great flavor - but over half of my beef was just fat, which was a little disappointing. I also got the butt end of the cabbage and it definitely needed some salt along with the potatoes. The broth was delicious. We got the carrot cake, gingerbread cheesecake, and egg nog cheesecake. They were all very well made and tasted great. My favorites were the egg nog cheesecake and the carrot cake. Overall a really great experience.

Kid-friendliness: The bar is separate from the dining area. There is no kids menu - but there are a couple of items that were kid friendly.”

“I was a little disappointed with last night's visit (2/3/24), which is truly a first. We arrived shortly after 5:00 pm. When my wife ordered the steak sandwich she was informed that they were out of that, so she changed her order to the Reuben. I then ordered the roast pork. Five minutes later our server returned and informed me that they were out of the roast pork as well. A restaurant shouldn't be out of 2 menu items at 5:15 pm - that's a problem. That said, the food we received was delicious and our server was excellent. I've never had a bad meal or poor service here and probably never will - I will definitely be back and I can still recommend the Crystal without reservation.”

“Food was delicious but they need to send people home when they are sick some guy that was working there was begging to leave cause he didn’t feel good they wouldn’t let him leave until the shift was over. He went to the bathroom multiple times vomiting his brains out. So my first experience at this place I had to hear puking sounds while I was eating it was very disturbing.”
