I need four orders of Fries and they already had a backed up fry line, they didn't complain or even look annoyed (I'm sure I would have been lol) they got all the orders out ahead of me and then mine and wished me a great day. I have to applaud them for their speed, cleanliness, and customer service. You guys did amazing!”

“Friday night lights! We took the extended family for a visit to Cook's Family Diner. Across the road the Varsity Football team was moving the ball down the field meanwhile it was a packed night at the diner. Most of us had the Friday fish special a nice sized piece of fish along with sides. The other half had the queen sized prime rib. Conversations were swirling around across the tables. The staff were unfazed and kept up with the frantic pace. People went out, tables reset, and filled by people they came in. We appreciated their hard work and timely service. Look forward to coming back and checking out breakfast sometime.”

“Ive been craving papaya salad for a while, and saw that there was a Thai restaurant by our place we decided to try it and it DID NOT disappoint we will definitely be coming back! We got chicken pad Thai, crispy duck, papaya salad, Thai coffee & mango sticky rice all were amazing! Service was also 10/10 staff was really nice and easy to talk to.”

“My husband and I stopped in to burn 2 hours while our daughter had a practice at IR School. It was a Tuesday night. We were both hungry and didn't want to travel back to Watertown to eat. We both were very impressed. The wings we ordered were perfectly delicious. The cleanliness of the establishment was impressive and most importantly the attentiveness of the extremely busy waitress/bartender was 10/10. “This is how customer service is done...I ordered a two-scoop waffle cone and it was made with Cookie Dough ice cream instead of what I ordered, Cookies and Cream but I didn't discover it until I neared the end of eating the Black Sweet Cherry scoop perched on top. The fellow before me had ordered Cookie Dough ice cream and I could understand how easy it would be to confuse my order. When I went back to the counter, employee Tori apologized for the mix-up and asked (I wish I could recall her exact phrase because it was succinct and was totally customer-focused) essentially "What would you like me to do to fix this?" It wasn't just the words, it was also the sincere tone. It was as if she would have done anything I had asked for, even something as crazy as "give me one scoop of every flavor you have" and I bet she would have done it, with a smile. No doubt the owners already know what an asset they have with Tori. Let this be one more evidence.”

“I'm a 67 year old white male with an affinity for good home cooking. I started going to the whistle stop after my mom told me I ate way too many pancakes. I ate 67 in one sitting at the whistle stop! My favorite thing to eat at the whistle stop is the 67 Oz. Fried fish platter and the 6.7 oz serving of pudding. You have to try the owners special 67 sauce which they slather on everything. It is to die for! I could drink the 67 sauce by the gallon. The ambiance is simply amazing. Most of the waitresses are a perfect 6.7 out of 10. Some of them are so beautiful I would walk 6.7 uphill both ways in the freezing cold just to get a serving of 67 sauce. Don't take my word for it. Go here immediately and make sure you have enough money. I can guarantee you will tip higher than 6.7%!!”

“We love having Stefano's in our community. With several locations around northern New York it's nice to have Stefano's Pizzeria just outside the gate of Fort Drum. They have a great sauce and crust. Try their garlic knots and I love to order my wings extra crispy.”

“This Starbucks location is fine, I think every Starbucks I've ever been to is just super busy and the employees seem a little frazzled (I would be too!). But overall I've had a good experience at this one, sometime special drinks are sold out but that's how it is sometimes. No complaints from me!”
